Time to Hit the Fun Run: 5K, 10K, 21K

Well its free to dream right?

To keep me moving I have list of my possible fun run for this year. 
    




Since I already experienced running 3K( never mind the time..hehe ) I would like to push myself to another level and that would be running my first 5K.

I begin my search at Takbo.ph they have list of running events that you can choose, so check out your calendars.

Route : Fontera Verde (Tiendesitas), Ortigas,Pasig




I really like this one since it's close to my hometown,  about 30 min travel time. Registration is also cheaper compared to other events(P550)... and hoping ...(since some details  of this event is not yet posted ).. that they will have medals for the 5k finisher. Im just waiting for the confirmation of prizes and I'm ready to sign in.. I'm supahh excited.

I'm pushing for 10k here.. (fingers crossed).. No details yet but based on last year event they do have medals for the finisher.

and lastly my coveted run united 21K.  ( tada.. ) but if that's too much, I still stick on 10K..

Day 5 of 21 days to Healthy Living Habits



I ate too many bananas today .. and an apple .. No rice take note ..but I did get a 16oz of chocolate sharke..(my bad).

Running is good... I sweat a lot .. still the usual jog..walk.. Thing..

I might bring my phone sometime so I can take pictures of my jogging area plus music would be a good company.

OOOppps!! what happened

For a while.. I was lost.. but at least I did not pig out. I guess having my monthly period doesn't count.

This is the day of the month. Yeh.. The unwanted visitor is here again..
As much as I wanted to run I am really not in the mood to move much more to go outside. I guess I am excuse for this day, right? Anyways .. enough of my excuses.. 

In terms of food I had consumed today. There is good news and bad news

for day 4 its still no rice <--Good (what's the catch)
I ate 6 slices of pizza...Sorry can't help it's free and It's YC.
