I ate too many bananas today .. and an apple .. No rice take note ..but I did get a 16oz of chocolate sharke..(my bad).
Running is good... I sweat a lot .. still the usual jog..walk.. Thing..
I might bring my phone sometime so I can take pictures of my jogging area plus music would be a good company.
