Day 2 of 21 days to Healthy Living Habits

Good Food: Too many temptation, I almost gave up on my friends offer, a small halo-halo from chowking won't hurt I think..hehehe. to compensate it I did not include rice for day2.

Exercise : Today is much much better than day1.. 2min jog and 1 min walk.. 10 reps of this (wheew!!) .  I had some stops but its ok I think.. breakthrough (clap..clap..clap)..more more more

Good Food: Well I could say It's a success today. I was able to avoid eating fast food. :) Yey!! Ate half rice and vegies for dinner and oatmeal for lunch.

Exercise : I did spend one hour running ( I've tried 2 min run and 1 min and walk but I failed, I'll try it tomorrow)

Enjoying my cheat week

If you notice.. Its carbs on carbs on  carbs.. well the effect of it .. Gerd .. This uncomfy feeling of bubble of gas inside my throat.(amf )  I should not be eating this kind of food but reason is ( i'll have tons of list nyay ) I'm prep for the 21 days. anyways.. for this day. I wasn't able to do my run, I mean jog/walk..walk..walk today because of the bad weather  but good thing PagAsa said weekends would be better :).

So that's eat  it! folks

Breakfast  1 cup rice and ginataang tulingan
Snack        Bigbites hotdog 7 eleven and banana
Lunch             1 cup fried rice and chicken longganisa, egg, 3 pcs. lumpia

Getting ready for my Challenge, I did some walking today. 
3KM fast phase walking. It really did felt good.  It took me around an hour.


Food dairy

water 

Breakfast:  1 cup rice & pesang bangus
Snacks:      1 small apple
Lunch:        1 cup rice and pares, coffee




No Coffee for 21 days

 I made it no Coffee, Tea, and Cola for 21 days

Water is indeed a good substitute for all of this. I never thought it would be possible but I did it.

and since this is a success I'm taking a big step towards a much challenging goal .

21 days of one rice a day and 5km run 6x a week.

daring ha! but I know its doable.

I'll be noting here what happened from day 1 to day 21.
