Good Food: Too many temptation, I almost gave up on my friends offer, a small halo-halo from chowking won't hurt I think..hehehe. to compensate it I did not include rice for day2.

Exercise : Today is much much better than day1.. 2min jog and 1 min walk.. 10 reps of this (wheew!!) .  I had some stops but its ok I think.. breakthrough (clap..clap..clap)..more more more
