Good Food: Well I could say It's a success today. I was able to avoid eating fast food. :) Yey!! Ate half rice and vegies for dinner and oatmeal for lunch.

Exercise : I did spend one hour running ( I've tried 2 min run and 1 min and walk but I failed, I'll try it tomorrow)

Devotion:
