Walking 3K: 4 days before day 1

Getting ready for my Challenge, I did some walking today. 
3KM fast phase walking. It really did felt good.  It took me around an hour.


Food dairy

water 

Breakfast:  1 cup rice & pesang bangus
Snacks:      1 small apple
Lunch:        1 cup rice and pares, coffee
