No Coffee for 21 days

 I made it no Coffee, Tea, and Cola for 21 days

Water is indeed a good substitute for all of this. I never thought it would be possible but I did it.

and since this is a success I'm taking a big step towards a much challenging goal .

21 days of one rice a day and 5km run 6x a week.

daring ha! but I know its doable.

I'll be noting here what happened from day 1 to day 21.

I can and I will  :)
